Homemade Guacamole

Ingredients:
2 Ripe Avocados
1/4 Cup Red Onion, chopped
1/2 Fresh Jalapeno, minced
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
1Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Add Salt & Pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl add the scooped avocado, salt & pepper and use a potato masher (or fork) and mash. Fold in tomatoes, onions, cilantro & jalapeno and dig in!
